Candidates will have the ability to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service experiences by consistently managing Client expectations.
  • Provide technical support to internal sales staff.
  • Prepare quotations for internal and external customers based on a design.
  • Develop and maintain sales skills, market, technical and product knowledge.
  • Effectively utilise CRM system.
  • Adhere to strict manual handling, safety standards, corporate work procedures and policies.

To be eligible for this position, candidates must:

  • Have minimum three years’ experience in the pumping industry with knowledge of:
  • Pumps and pumping equipment;
  • Pipes, valves and fittings.;
  • Water treatment and filtration Equipment;
  • Ability to design pumping/water treatment systems.
  • Mechanical trade and/or engineering degree is an advantage.  
  • Previous sales experience an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Queensland Mining Industry is an advantage.
  • Be presentable, reliable and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
  • Be able to multitask, prioritise and have strong attention to detail.
  • Be computer literate and have high technology and communication skills.
  • Hold a current driver’s license.
  • Be legally permitted to work in Australia.
